Customer Service & Help Area If you are having trouble viewing our larger size previews, make sure you have your pop up blockers turned off, or include expressionsbyalicia.com in your browsers pop up's allowed list. We do not utilize any pop up, or pop under advertisements on our site.
Feedback. We are always glad to hear from our customers. Have a question? Have a comment on our site or products? Simply go here and send us your comments.
Payment. We use Pay Pal for all transactions in order to provide our customers with a fast, easy, and secure way to pay for their purchases. We do not at this time accept any other types of payment. You do not need to be a member of Pay Pal to use this service, nor do you need to sign up for anything. Simply click on a buy now button, or add to cart, and follow the instructions that appear. Our store does not collect or save any sensitive information such as credit card numbers. We want you our customer to know your information is safe and that you can feel condident when you purchase from us.
Shipping. Shipments usually take 4 to 10 days. Times may vary depending upon the method of shipment necessary. Our shipments are sent UPS unless otherwise noted. Most orders are sent within 3 business days of recieving the order. We do not ship to PO. Boxes. We can't gaurantee an arrival time on shipments. We do not ship outside of the United States. We very carefully package your purchases and make every possible effort to insure they will arrive in perfect condition. Damage occuring in transit cannot be controlled by us, thus we cannot be responsible for any damage occuring during shipping. However, we will work with you every way possible to remedy any problems that may arise from shipping issues.
Custom Orders. We currently are taking custom orders on a very limited basis. We recommended contacting us here when a custom item is desired. We will respond to custom order requests with a telephone number we can be reached at. We will be much better able to provide you with the specialized service you need if we have a direct manner of communication. Shipment of special orders will also require up to an additional 5 days from time of purchase, so we recommend planning ahead for extra time.
Gift purchases. Sending a gift of silk flowers couldn't be easier! When you order, simply include the recipients name and address on the Pay Pal order form in the space marked "Gift recipients full address and name". That's it! We'll do the rest! We will attractively package the order inside it's shipping box and include a card with your name on it for no additional charge! See also Send a gift of Silk Flowers.
Defects or errors. Please contact us here if your shipment has errors or is defective. Although this is extremely rare, we like to be able to correct any problems that may arise in the fastest manner possible, so please be sure to contact us as soon as a problem is found.
Errors or problems browsing our store. We have worked hard to make your shopping experience as simple and trouble free as possible. At times with the variance in systems used to surf the internet, there may be problems with display or interactivity. If you experience any problems, please contact us so that we may resolve the problem for future visits.
